Policies
Tuition: Tuition is due in full on the first lesson of each month,
regardless of how many "dance" weeks there are in a month. The
longer months will offset the shorter holiday months.
Any account
not paid during the current month will be charged an
additional $5.00
.There are no deductions or refunds for missed
lessons. Perfect attendance is expected and is acknowledged at the
end of the school year.  A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned
checks.

Payment Methods: At the time of sign up, you will be asked to fill out a
paper for automatic withdraw of payment on the first of every month.
This is for the amount of dance lessons only, and does not include
costume deposits. Those will be paid separately. If you didn't
sign up for automatic withdraw you have to pay one month in advance
when you pay your September payment.
We accept credit or debit
cards for your convenience. We also accept check and cash.


Costumes: Costumes will be ordered in December. Average cost is
$75.00 per costume.
A $50.00 Deposit will be due in
November to be paid for each class taken. A second deposit will
be due in February
. Costumes are not returnable, cancelable, or can
not be refundable after ordering.
It is the parent's responsibility to let
the school know if their child will not be performing in the recital
so a costume will not be ordered.
WE WILL  NEED TO BE
NOTIFIED IN WRITING BEFORE CHRISTMAS BREAK.
After
Costumes orders are placed in December students will be expected to
finish out the year as
formations and routines have been worked out and last minute
changes make it hard for everyone.
If a student does have to drop
out an extra month tuition will be charged and the balance of the
ordered costume will be due.
